To place an order you have to enter and registering you with the data requested in our website.
It's responsibility of the customer to verify that the goods are in stock; in case of doubts contact us at email@example.com
It's responsibility of the customer to provide a valid address for delivery so that the carrier does not have any difficulty in delivery of the goods. Customer has to provide a phone number for the courier.
If the delivery location is:
- on islands or a not easy locations to reach,
- in a country outside EU (i.e. Swiss, UK, USA, Australia etc.)
it's responsibility of the customer to contact Blue Edge before to place the order. Only in this way Blue Edge can confirm the cost of the shipment. If the customer does an order and the location is an island and/or the shipment requires higher cost than the standard for the delivery, Blue Edge can cancel the order, refunding the payment.

All products are covered by a 24 months warranty starting since purchasing date exept for oxygen sensors and when a different time is specified.
Prices can change in every moment without any warning.
In case of any dispute the court of Trento (Italy) is the only reference.
In case of 'Service', it's responsibility of customers to communicate in writing specific requests (i.e. time of the service, or other). Blue Edge Srl is not accountable of parts of equipment shipped by mistake and not necessary for the service like, and not only, batteries and oxygen sensors.
