Warranty
Blue Edge srl guarantees the product according to the provisions of the law and the type of product. The warranty does not cover products that have been tampered with and / or have been used in an inappropriate manner.
Return Right of withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw from any type of distance contract without any penalty and without specifying the reason within the terms established by law.
To be able to enjoy the right of withdrawal, the buyer must send written notice by mail to Blue Edge srl, via delle Ghiaie 22, 38122 Trento, or e-mail to info@bluedge.it, indicating details for the refund.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Jurisdiction and applicable law
The contract of sale between the Customer and Blue Edge srl is concluded in Italy and governed by Italian law. For the solution of disputes arising from the conclusion of this contract of distance selling, the territorial jurisdiction is exclusively that of the Court of Trento, Italy

We wish to inform the Visitor of the website that EU Regulation 679/2016 and Legislative Decree No. 196/2003, entitled "Code regarding the protection of personal data" (hereinafter referred to as "Code") provides for the protection of persons and other subjects regarding the processing of personal data.

The data collected in the appropriate sections of the site may be communicated to other subjects for the purpose of carrying out any requests and for the fulfillment of tax and legislative obligations in general, including relations with any accountant consultants. In such cases, consent will always be requested, which can be provided online by filling in a ticked box.
The Visitor is made aware of the fact that the transmission of data via the Internet cannot be considered as having any other performance than the correct application of the safety standards imposed by current legislation.
To exercise the rights provided for in art. 7 of the Law, mentioned above, the Visitor concerned must address his request to the Owner.
