Shipment and delivery

Items are shipped with costs charged on customers, printed in the invoice.  In Europe dispatch of items is within 4-7 days from the payment registration.

The customer will receive an e-mail, updating about his order and the tracking number  when shipped. At the delivery it's on customer responsability to check the quality, type and integrity of items received with reference to the invoice.

In case of any problems it's on customer responsability to send, in the following 7 days, a letter with return receipt (or an e-mail :info@bluedge.it) to:
